The Raceday Stewards interviewed W.J. Lee, rider of Woolridge (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that W.J. Lee was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (second offence), they suspended him for six racedays.

S. Foley, rider of Before You Go, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right throughout.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Bye Bye Now, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was carried right throughout and had to check at the horse gate. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident rounding the first bend involving Benavente (GB), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Loyal Touch, ridden by A.J. Casey, Money Shuffler, ridden by J. Cleary, and Stormie Outlook, ridden by J.A. Heffernan where it appeared Stormie Outlook got tight for room momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.A. Heffernan stated that it got tight for room and his mount shied back. J. Cleary stated that he received slight pressure from his outside. A.J. Casey stated that he didn't receive any interference. J.M. Sheridan stated that he didn't cause any interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards fined John G. Carr, trainer, €65 for failing to fit a tongue tie to Shore (USA), prior to entering the parade ring.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving Colugo, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed third, and Aingeal Dorcha, ridden by A. Browne-Souza, placed second, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

C.T. Keane, rider of Guardian Of Realm (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around up the straight.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately four and a half furlongs from the finish involving Mo Mhuirin, ridden by B.M. Coen, No More Hiding (GB), ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Satisfy My Soul, ridden by L.T. McAteer where it appeared L.T. McAteer had to sit for a stride. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L.T. McAteer stated that his mount ran green and didn't want to fill the gap. N.M. Crosse stated that he heard a shout from his inside and held his racing line. B.M. Coen stated that he heard a shout and he did his best to hold his racing line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the home straight involving Indomiknow, ridden by W.J. Lee, Moon Vega, ridden by W.M. Lordan, and Satisfy My Soul, ridden by L.T. McAteer, where it appeared Moon Vega ran short of room momentarily. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Coincidental Glory, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left for the first half of the race.

P. McGettigan, rider of This Guy, trained by Daniel James Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Battleforsupremacy, trained by Daniel McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run in the straight and clipped a heel.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Battleforsupremacy, ridden by S.T. McCullagh, Pivotal Terms (GB), ridden by L.T. McAteer, Plushy, ridden by J. Kearney, and Royal County Glory, ridden by J. Pietropaolo where it appeared Battleforsupremacy clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S.T. McCullagh stated that he had nowhere to go in the straight and caught a heel a furlong and a half down. L.T. McAteer stated that the interference happened in front of him. J. Kearney stated that his race was run and he received pressure from his outside. J. Pietropaolo stated that his mount shied away from the whip and he tried to correct him immediately. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Point Cartwright, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed I. Khan, rider of Lahore Da King, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulations and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that I. Khan was in breach of R.10.3(i)(time to respond) and R.10.3(h)(arm above shoulder height). Having considered his clean records in both these regards, they suspended him for two racedays regarding R.10.3(i) and two racedays regarding R.10.3(h).

N.M. Crosse, rider of Bella Colombia, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the gates momentarily.

J.S. Dalton, rider of Manhattan Dandy, trained by Thomas Coyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right under pressure.
